Among many self help products or techniques we can use to improve our lives nowadays,...

EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is one of the best techniques in my view. And we can apply it to many areas in life.


What is EFT actually?

EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is a version of acupuncture with only that the needles replaced by a person's own fingertips.

Its basic principle is regarding the connection between your body's subtle energies, your emotions, and your health.

We can use EFT in many cases like a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues like pain relief, anger, addiction, fear, etc.

And good news is...

Everyone of us can learn and use EFT in life. Just tapping the energy points in your body with your fingertips.

Its ease of use is one of the reasons why I think it is one of best self help products/techniques for life.

Let's learn how to use EFT from this video. Don't be surprised if it's so easy:


Summary - How to tapping with EFT

  • Focus your mind to the problem you want to work on.
  • Use a statement for the problem.

    For example,

    • "I am afraid of public speaking",
    • "I am angry at my boyfriend",
    • "I am depressed",
    • "I have headache", etc...

    Speak it out loud is preferable. As it helps engage more of the neurology and contact the problem more directly.

  • The EFT Set Up
  • Tap the "Karate Chop" point. Or alternatively, find the sore spot on either side of your chest and rub it gently.

    During your time tapping your karate chop, Say this

    "Even though I (insert problem statement), I deeply and completely accept myself."

    For example, I may want to work on the "afriad of public speaking" problem.

    I would say this "Even though I am afraid of public speaking. I deeply and completely accept myself."

    Repeat saying this 3 times while keep on rubbing your sore spot (or tapping your karate chop)

  • The EFT Tapping Round
  • Now we tap all the point starting at the

    1. eyebrow
    2. side of the eye
    3. under the eye
    4. under the nose
    5. chin
    6. beginning of the collar bone
    7. under the arm
    8. at the top of the head

    While tapping each point, repeat saying a shortened version of the Set Up Statement as a reminder phrase. Like while tapping each point, you may say "I am afraid of public speaking"

Learn and practise EFT more. It will help you many areas of life like depression, pain relief, relationship issues, trauma, etc.
