21-Day Self Esteem Nurturing Card Game

Material Needed:

  • 21 card-sized paper (Credit card size is great! So that you can carry them easily in your purse)

  • a small writable notebook.

Duration:

  • 21 continuous days.

How to play:

  1. Write down different self esteem affirmations in each card.
  2. Here are the sample of 21 self esteem nurturing cards from us which you can get its printable for free after subscribing to our self help friendship e-Zine.

  3. Write in your notebook what you want to get from playing this game. What is your objective to play this?
  4. Visualize/Imagine how you feel if you already achieve your goal of playing this game.

    Like, if you want to have high self esteem from playing this game, visualize how your life would be and how you will feel at the time you possess high esteem. Feel it real like you have already achieved it.

  5. Choose and pick-up 1 card each day.

    Take a look at it after your meal. Read it either out loud or in your mind. And write in your notebook for 1 reason to support the positive sentence in that particular card.

  6. For example, if you pick up one card that has this powerful words "I feel good about my life", Read it and write 1 thing that you feel good about your life at least after each of your 3 meals. More often is great!

  7. Next day choose another new card. Take a look at least after each of 3 meals. Read it either out loud or in your mind. Then write 1 reason to support the positive sentence in the card.
  8. Do this for 21 continuous days.

    If you miss any day, you can start playing again. Just count it at Day 1.

Playing self esteem game with your Teddy Bear or favorite doll like Blythe

  • a Teddy Bear or your doll like Blythe Doll

Duration:

  • 21 continuous days>

How to play:

  1. Select one of self esteem affirmations you like.

    For example, "I am lovable, capable and wonderful".

  2. Say it with your teddy bear/doll at least 10 times a day while enjoy your happy time hugging him/her.
  3. You may like to use this style.

    "I am lovable, capable and wonderful...You're lovable, capable, and wonderful" for affirmation."

    You may also enjoy naming your teddy bear/doll to support self worth you desire..like Love, Goodie, Wonder, etc :-)

P.S. During the game, using tapping with EFT technique whenever you feel low self esteem. This combination is great for boosting your esteem.

P.P.S. Or you can use the Tappy Bear as a buddy.

You can talk with Tappy while tapping the marking points (or buttons) on Tappy's body.

Moreover, Tappy Bear can be a good friend for not only yourself, but also your kids or teens.
