Material Needed:

  • A dice
  • Each person's a piece of paper, or a writable notebook, or a scrapbook.
  • Each person's Teddy Bear or doll

Or you can give Tappy Bear Doll ,which is a good companion utilizing EFT and beloved teddy bear, as a gift to your child.

  • 1 A4 paper
Preparation:

  • In A4 paper, write 6 diffent things or area in life you're going to play.

  • Select one of self esteem affirmations that you think it's useful for your kid and one positive affirmation for yourself.

For example, "I am lovable, capable and wonderful".

How to play: this 2nd of self esteem games

  1. Each person introduce own name, teddy bear(doll)'s name and the positive affirmation, Magic Words, that want to focus on.

For example, My name is SallyBeam. And here's my good friend, LovCap (my teddy bear). My magic words are "I am lovable, capable and wonderful."

  2. Start by one person.
  3. Let him/her roll the dice! What numer turns out!

The person stands up and say his/her magic words in this style..."I am....You are..."

For example, when it's my turn rolling the dice. I stand up and say "I am lovable, capable and wonderful. You are lovable, capable and wonderful."

The person is encouraged to hug his/her doll or look at it before speaking.

  4. If dice shows number of 2, in this example 2 means School/Office.

Then the person share one successful thing he/she feel good about himself at school/office.

  5. self esteem games

P.S. To spice up and add more fun, adding some more enjoyable activities after each person's speak.

Example, when the person finishes sharing, other persons in the group give him/her a Hi5! by giving your right hand and clapping it with the speaking person's right hand like in the photo here. And tell him/her "You're awesome!"

  6. Let him/her write down his/her answer in his paper, or notebook, or scarpbook.
  7. Then other person, maybe person on the right hand, dice and share.

After playing the self esteem games, encourage every person to continue say self esteem affirmations with the doll or write his/her success journal scrapbook everyday.

And every weekend, schedule a time to enjoy decorating our success scrapbook and feel good about ourselves and our life.

P.S. If you give the Tappy Bear to your kids, tell your kids to keep it as a buddy.

They can talk with Tappy while tapping the marking points (or buttons) on Tappy's body.

Or kids can use mirror image method, which the children tap on Tappy to “help Tappy".

This method kids can help themselves by helping Tappy.
