Sit comfortably with your back straight. Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath. And focus your awareness in your face area. Sense the feeling without any judging.
Then slowly scan your body down to neck and shoulder area with your mindfulness in every moment.
Repeat this body scan down to your body in the following sequence
chest
right arm and hand
left arm and hand
stomach
buttocks
entire right leg start from thigh, calf to foot
entire left leg start from thigh, calf to foot
Tips:
Aware of every moment you scan your body without any judging. If you notice that you have thought at the moment, just acknowledge that. Then shift your awareness to the body scan again.
Mindfulness Walking Meditation
You can do walking meditation with mindfulness. Just walk slowly and focus your awareness on every step...aware that your right foot is lifting from the floor
Stand with your back straight.
Take a deep breath.
Start walking slowly and focus your awareness at your moving foot.
Aware that your foot is lifting from the floor...moving forward in the air...touching the floor...
Continue walking mindfulness.
